All i can say is wow. The pool was an old cement pool with leaks etc. ian and his team were there to quote fast and could do the job quickly. Its a large pool 60000 litres. Ian was awesome in the quality of the work including the tiling. The pebblecrete with the coloured beads gives a great colour. It was a painless exercise for us. The pool looks brand new. Would be be very happy to recommend them to anyone entertaining a renovation or a new pool. Quality is awesome and would be happy to let people see the finished product if they were considering using them. You wont be disappointed

Ian has an upfront and honest approach, keeps you well informed in what works are going on, provides dates and times he will be onsite, a no problem attitude, and worked together with us to provide us with a beautiful pool. NQ Tropical Pools is a family owned and operated business which was a bonus as the owner was always available to answer any questions or concerns we may have had.
